Our rooftop deck is the main event. Outdoor TVs, comfortable seating and an open view of the downtown skyline make it a favorite for game days, sunsets and slow weekend mornings.

Room to recharge

Our fitness center and yoga studio are right downstairs. The courtyard, resident lounges, game room and coffee bar are all close by, so catching up with neighbors is easy.

Pets and bikes welcome

If you’ve got a four-legged roommate, you’ll love the dog lounge, the dog run and the self-service dog wash. Cyclists have secure bike storage and a repair shop on site.

Your Eastside address

Step outside and you’re at the bookend of NE 28th’s Restaurant Row. Stammtisch and Han Oak are a few blocks away, and Grant Park, the MAX light rail and I-84 are all close. It’s an easy neighborhood to get around by foot or by bike.
